DAPANORM-L10 TABLET

Dapanorm-L10 Tablet is used to treat type-2 diabetes mellitus. Type-2 diabetes mellitus (also known as non-insulin-dependent diabetes or adult-onset diabetes) is a medical condition in which blood glucose levels are above normal due to insulin deficiency, insulin resistance, or both.

Dapanorm-L10 Tablet contains Dapagliflozin (sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors) and Linagliptin (dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor). It works by reducing the sugar production by liver cells and delays sugar absorption from the intestines. Thus, Dapanorm-L10 Tablet helps control blood sugar levels.

Dapanorm-L10 Tablet may cause certain side effects such as diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, hypoglycaemia, nausea, and vomiting. These are not common for every patient. Inform your doctor if any of these side effects persist or bother you. Take Dapanorm-L10 Tablet as prescribed by your doctor.

Dapanorm-L10 Tablet should be avoided if you are allergic to any of the components in it. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Inform your doctor about all the medicines you are taking and your health condition to rule out any unpleasant side effects/interactions.

Treatment of Type-2 diabetes mellitus

Dapanorm-L10 Tablet is a combination medicine containing Dapagliflozin and Linagliptin as active ingredients. Dapagliflozin helps in removing excess sugar from the body via urine. Linagliptin works by decreasing the hormones that raise blood glucose levels and increasing insulin release from the pancreas. Together, Dapanorm-L10 Tablet helps control blood sugar levels.

Take Dapanorm-L10 Tablet with or after food. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water; do not break, chew or crush it.

Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight
