The most common side effects of Coriminic Orange Syrup are drowsiness, dizziness, headache, dry mouth/nose/throat, upset stomach, constipation, or trouble sleeping. Most of these side effects of Coriminic Orange Syrup do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

Consumption of alcohol should be avoided as it may lead to excessive drowsiness and sleepiness. Do not take Coriminic Orange Syrup with any MAO inhibitor (anti-depressant medication) as it may lead to serious drug interaction.

Inform your doctor if you have cardiovascular disease, asthma, kidney or liver disease, diabetes, glaucoma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, benign prostatic hyperplasia. Also, inform your doctor about all other medications you have taken before starting Coriminic Orange Syrup. Coriminic Orange Syrup may cause drowsiness and sleepiness, so it is advised not to drive or operate machinery unless you are alert. Consumption of alcohol should be avoided as it may lead to excessive drowsiness and sleepiness. If you are due to undergo any surgery, please inform your doctor that you are taking Coriminic Orange Syrup as it should not be taken during surgery. Do not take Coriminic Orange Syrup if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (anti-depressant medication) in the past 14 days.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Coriminic Orange Syrup may have an interaction with other anti-allergic medications (e.g. cetirizine, fluticasone, diphenhydramine), blood thinners (e.g. aspirin), cough suppressant medications (e.g. dextromethorphan), anti-hypertensive medications (e.g. atorvastatin), anti-asthma medications (e.g. albuterol), antacids (e.g. pantoprazole), and anti-depressants (e.g. isocarboxazid, rasagiline, linezolid, tranylcypromine).

Drug-Food Interactions: Avoid alcohol consumption along with Coriminic Orange Syrup.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Inform your doctor if you have cardiovascular disease, asthma, kidney or liver disease, diabetes, glaucoma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or enlarged prostate gland, difficulty in urination, intestinal ulcer or blockage.
